采用悬置带线结构,基于超宽带180。反相器设计,制作了覆盖Ka波段的一分四超宽带功分器。经过测试,在25-40GHz频率范围内,回波损耗的典型值为15dB,S21、S31、S41和$51的典型值为8.2dB,电路附加插入损耗为2.2dB,隔离度大于18dB。

In this paper, a four ways UWB power divider covering Ka band have been made based on UWB 180 de- grees phase inverter with suspended stripline structure. Test results indicate that in 25 - 40GHz frequency range, the typical value of return loss is 15 dB, the typical value of S21, S31, S41 and S51 is 8.2 dB with an additional insertion loss of 2.2dB, and the isolation is larger than 18dB.
