建立RP-HPLC法测定健胃散中枸橼酸含量的方法。用十八烷基键合硅胶柱分离枸橼酸,以0.5%磷酸二氢铵溶液（用磷酸调pH值至3.0）为流动相,检测波长210 nm。枸橼酸在1.0-15.0μg（r=0.999 9,n=6）范围内呈线性关系,线性方程为Y=67.88X＋1.577（r=0.9999,n=6）;平均回收率为97.75%,RSD为1.62%（n=6）。该方法简便、快速,可用于健胃散中枸橼酸含量测定。

건립RP-HPLC법측정건위산중구연산함량적방법。용십팔완기건합규효주분리구연산,이0.5%린산이경안용액（용린산조pH치지3.0）위류동상,검측파장210 nm。구연산재1.0-15.0μg（r=0.999 9,n=6）범위내정선성관계,선성방정위Y=67.88X＋1.577（r=0.9999,n=6）;평균회수솔위97.75%,RSD위1.62%（n=6）。해방법간편、쾌속,가용우건위산중구연산함량측정。
To establish a RP-HPLC method for determination of citric acid in Jianwei San,a reverse-phase C18 column was used,the mobile phase was 0.5 mol/L ammonium biphosphate solution（adjusted the pH value to 3.0 with phosphoric acid）and the determination wave length was 210 nm.The results showed that the linear range of citric acid was 1.0-15.0 μg,the linear equation was Y=67.88X＋1.577（r=0.999 9,n=6）,and the average recovery was 97.75% with RSD of 1.62%（n=6）.The method was simple,fast and suitable for the determination of citric acid in Jianwei San.
