提出一种基于非特征3次谐波电流的保护新方法,并给出了整定原则。针对实际工程,从理论上分析了该方法的适用性:发生除单相接地外的任何区内故障时,该方法均可靠动作,且对于匝间短路其保护死区要远小于传统的不平衡电流保护;发生区外故障且达到稳态时,保护可靠不动作,而在故障切除或恢复过程中存在异常运行状态时,会对保护产生影响,可以通过给保护加入延时避免。PSCAD数字仿真结果验证了该方法的有效性。

A new protection method is presented based on the non-characteristic third-harmonic current and the corresponding setting scheme is proposed.It analyzes application of the method and shows that the new protection can reliably act no matter what types of fault in protection zone except for single-phase to ground and its protection dead zone is less than the unbalance current protection.When fault occurs out of the protection zone and reaches the steady-state,the reliable no-action of protection can be ensured.The abnormal operation caused by the fault clearing or fault recovery may produce non-characteristic third harmonic,which can affect the protection.The time delay can be added to the protection to solve the problem.PSCAD simulation results show effectiveness of the presented protection.
