对曲柄滑块液压缸泄油管道系统进行分析,运用液压知识推导计算出泄漏孔阻尼与人的质量以及转速与人的质量间的动态关系,利用Matlab软件拟合出动态特性曲线,得出了以下结论:曲柄滑块液压缸系统在正常运行情况下,当人的质量一定时,绳索下降时滚筒转角速度随系统阻尼系数的增大而减小,近似成反比例关系;当系统阻尼系数一定时,绳索下降时滚筒转角速度随人的质量的增大而增大,成正相关.这为进一步研究曲柄滑块液压缸系统在逃生器中的应用提供了重要依据.
對麯柄滑塊液壓缸洩油管道繫統進行分析,運用液壓知識推導計算齣洩漏孔阻尼與人的質量以及轉速與人的質量間的動態關繫,利用Matlab軟件擬閤齣動態特性麯線,得齣瞭以下結論:麯柄滑塊液壓缸繫統在正常運行情況下,噹人的質量一定時,繩索下降時滾筒轉角速度隨繫統阻尼繫數的增大而減小,近似成反比例關繫;噹繫統阻尼繫數一定時,繩索下降時滾筒轉角速度隨人的質量的增大而增大,成正相關.這為進一步研究麯柄滑塊液壓缸繫統在逃生器中的應用提供瞭重要依據.

Analyzed slider-crank cylinder drainpipe system,using hydraulic knowledge derived and calculated the dynamic relationship between leak hole damp and people's quality,speed and people's quality.Drew the dynamic characteristic curve with Matlab,and obtained the results that when the hydraulic cylinder system operates normally,the drum rotation reduces with the system damping coefficient increases when people's quality is certain,approximately in a inverse proportion;the drum rotation increases with people's quality increases when the system damping coefficient is certain,as positive correlation.This slider-crank mechanism provided an important basis for further study on the use of hydraulic cylinder system in the escape devices.
