Based on an analysis of the representative work tasks proposed by professional experts in dyeing and finishing industry,the typical work tasks,which are the most important for individual professional development,are determined and then ranked according to the law of learning and cognition.Action fields are transformed into learning fields and the learning situations are determined according to the work task descriptions.The fundamental roles of comprehensive training of each course are expounded.
