高等职业技术教育的培养目标是以服务为宗旨，以就业为导向，走工学结合、校企合作的道路，为生产、建设、管理、服务一线培养高等技术应用型专门人才。从推动职业教育改革与发展、创新职业教育办学模式、发挥企业优势、校企双赢互惠等几个方面来看，工学结合、校企合作都是实现职业教育培养目标的根本途径。
高等職業技術教育的培養目標是以服務為宗旨，以就業為導嚮，走工學結閤、校企閤作的道路，為生產、建設、管理、服務一線培養高等技術應用型專門人纔。從推動職業教育改革與髮展、創新職業教育辦學模式、髮揮企業優勢、校企雙贏互惠等幾箇方麵來看，工學結閤、校企閤作都是實現職業教育培養目標的根本途徑。
고등직업기술교육적배양목표시이복무위종지，이취업위도향，주공학결합、교기합작적도로，위생산、건설、관리、복무일선배양고등기술응용형전문인재。종추동직업교육개혁여발전、창신직업교육판학모식、발휘기업우세、교기쌍영호혜등궤개방면래간，공학결합、교기합작도시실현직업교육배양목표적근본도경。
The training goal of the higher vocational education is for the purpose of service, and it takes the employment require- ments as the guidance and betters the construction of human resource through the learning-working integration and school-enter- prise cooperation so as to serve the front line of production, construction, management and service. The fundamental ways to vo- cational education, learning-working integration and school-enterprise cooperation, are analyzed from the following aspects： the promotion of the education reform and development, the innovation of the education mode, the advantages of enterprises, the school-enterprise win-win benefit and so on.
