[目的]介绍一种改进的染色体G显带标本制备技术。[方法]采用小鼠骨髓细胞,改进取材方法、玻片的制备、胰酶处理时间以及染色方法等关键步骤,获得了染色体标本制备的最佳处理条件和试验方法。[结果]获得了更多的分散较好的分裂相,建立了一套实用性强、带型清晰、结果稳定、简单易行的染色体G显带制片技术。[结论]结果为规范小鼠染色体标本的制备方法,提高实验教学效果提供了参考。
[目的]介紹一種改進的染色體G顯帶標本製備技術。[方法]採用小鼠骨髓細胞,改進取材方法、玻片的製備、胰酶處理時間以及染色方法等關鍵步驟,穫得瞭染色體標本製備的最佳處理條件和試驗方法。[結果]穫得瞭更多的分散較好的分裂相,建立瞭一套實用性彊、帶型清晰、結果穩定、簡單易行的染色體G顯帶製片技術。[結論]結果為規範小鼠染色體標本的製備方法,提高實驗教學效果提供瞭參攷。
[목적]개소일충개진적염색체G현대표본제비기술。[방법]채용소서골수세포,개진취재방법、파편적제비、이매처리시간이급염색방법등관건보취,획득료염색체표본제비적최가처리조건화시험방법。[결과]획득료경다적분산교호적분렬상,건립료일투실용성강、대형청석、결과은정、간단역행적염색체G현대제편기술。[결론]결과위규범소서염색체표본적제비방법,제고실험교학효과제공료삼고。
[Objective] An improved preparation technology of G-banding chromosome sample was introduced. [Method] Mouse bone marrow cells were used, some key steps such as pancreatic enzyme, staining methods were improved, and the best experimental condition and methods were obtained. [Result] More and better scattered mitosis figures were obtained, and a high practical, simple and easy preparation technology of chromosome of G-banding with clear banding pattern and stable results was established. [Conclusion] The research provides a practical reference for the specification of mice chromosome specimen preparation methods, and improves the experimental teaching effect.
