目的:对比观察不同电针对慢性应激抑郁模型大鼠额叶和海马5-HT、DA和NE表达的影响,进一步研究音乐电针与脉冲电针干预治疗抑郁症的疗效差异以及其生物学机制。方法:雄性SD大鼠,随机分为5组:正常对照组、模型组、百忧解组、音乐电针组、脉冲电针组,每组10只。除正常对照组外,其余均采用慢性应激结合孤养的方式造模。采用开野实验、糖水消耗实验和体重检测进行各组的行为学评价;采用放射免疫法分别检测大鼠额叶和海马5-HT、DA和NE的表达。结果:实验第21天后,模型组大鼠行为学指标较正常对照组有明显降低(P<0.01);百忧解组、音乐电针组和脉冲电针组与模型组比较,大鼠活动度、糖水消耗量和体重明显升高(P<0.05)。与正常对照组比较,模型组大鼠额叶和海马组织5-HT、DA和NE的表达量明显降低(P<0.01);与模型组相比,百忧解组、脉冲电针组和音乐电针组能提高额叶和海马组织的5-HT、DA、NE的表达量(P<0.05);与脉冲电针组比较,音乐电针组海马和额叶组织的5-HT的表达量有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:百忧解、脉冲电针和音乐电针均可改善慢性应激抑郁大鼠的行为学症状,具有一定的抗抑郁作用;音乐电针在提高慢性应激模型大鼠中枢单胺类的神经水平方面优于百忧解和脉冲电针,这可能是音乐电针发挥抗抑郁治疗作用的途径之一。

목적:대비관찰불동전침대만성응격억욱모형대서액협화해마5-HT、DA화NE표체적영향,진일보연구음악전침여맥충전침간예치료억욱증적료효차이이급기생물학궤제。방법:웅성SD대서,수궤분위5조:정상대조조、모형조、백우해조、음악전침조、맥충전침조,매조10지。제정상대조조외,기여균채용만성응격결합고양적방식조모。채용개야실험、당수소모실험화체중검측진행각조적행위학평개;채용방사면역법분별검측대서액협화해마5-HT、DA화NE적표체。결과:실험제21천후,모형조대서행위학지표교정상대조조유명현강저(P<0.01);백우해조、음악전침조화맥충전침조여모형조비교,대서활동도、당수소모량화체중명현승고(P<0.05)。여정상대조조비교,모형조대서액협화해마조직5-HT、DA화NE적표체량명현강저(P<0.01);여모형조상비,백우해조、맥충전침조화음악전침조능제고액협화해마조직적5-HT、DA、NE적표체량(P<0.05);여맥충전침조비교,음악전침조해마화액협조직적5-HT적표체량유현저성차이(P<0.05)。결론:백우해、맥충전침화음악전침균가개선만성응격억욱대서적행위학증상,구유일정적항억욱작용;음악전침재제고만성응격모형대서중추단알류적신경수평방면우우백우해화맥충전침,저가능시음악전침발휘항억욱치료작용적도경지일。
Objective:To observe the influence of different electro -acupuncture on frontal lobe and hippocampus to 5-HT,DA,NE neurotransmitter ’ s expression of chronic unpredictable mild stress depression model rats , to probe into the mechanism for treating depression .Methods:Fifty male SD rats were randomly divided into five groups:Nor-mal control group, Model group, Fluoxetine group, music electro-acupuncture group and pulsed electro-acupunc-ture group .All groups were treated with the chronic unpredictable mild stress stimulation combined with lonely rai-sing for 21 days except the normal control group .Behavior changes of rats were detected through open -field test , sugar consumption test and body weight examining .Detect the 5-HT,DA,NE of frontal lobe and hippocampal of each rat by radioimmunoassay .Results:After 21 days, Compared with normal control group ,the scores of behavior in model group decreased significantly (P<0.01).Compared with model group,the scores of horizontal activity and ver-tical activity,sugar consumption and weight in Fluoxetine group , music electro-acupuncture and pulsed electro -ac-upuncture increased significantly(P<0.05).Compared with normal control group ,the contents of frontal lobe and hippocampus’ 5-HT,DA,NE decreased significantly in model group (P<0.01).Compared with model group,the contents of frontal lobe and hippocampus ’ 5 -HT, DA, NE increased significantly in Fluoxetine group , music electro-acupuncture and pulsed electro-acupuncture group(P<0.05).Compared with pulsed electro-acupuncture group, the contents of 5-HT increased significantly in music electro -acupuncture group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fluoxetine, pulsed electro-acupuncture and music electro-acupuncture could have a certain antidepressant effect on improving the behavior of depressive rats;music electro-acupuncture ’ s regulative effect on monoamine neuro-transmitter is much better than Fluoxetine and pulsed electro -acupuncture, which may be one of the mechanisms for treating depression .
