　　汽车零部件再制造符合循环经济发展要求，介绍了再制造概念、与维修和制造的差异及其优点，对汽车零部件再制造技术、产业体系及管理特点进行了详细分析，对国内外汽车零部件再制造产业发展现状进行了描述，最后指出国内汽车零部件再制造产业的发展方向。

Automobile parts remanufacturing meet the requirement of circular economy. This paper introduce the definition,the difference with maintain and manufacturing, and the advantage of remanufacturing. Remanufacturing technology, industrial system and management are analyzed in detail. Remanufacturing industry at home and abroad is described. Finally it is pointed out that the development direction of the automobile parts remanufacturing industry.
