提出了一种适用于配网规划中典型接线的可靠性计算方法,针对规划网架信息不全的特点,在假设规划新出馈线负荷沿线路均匀分布等条件的基础上,对各种配电网典型接线方式进行了可靠性详细的分析。最后给出了规划区域可靠性评估思路,并通过算例进行验证。算例结果表明该评估方法具有良好的实用性。

A new method of reliability analysis for distribution network planning is presented based on typical connection models. With incomplete information of distribution network, this paper puts forward hypothesis that loads are symmetrical and asymmetrical on different lines, then pays attention to reliability analysis in typical connection models. In the last part of this paper the assessment principles of reliability in distribution network and results of this algorithm are given. The results show that the proposed method is effective.
