目的:建立银翘解毒片特征图谱的测定方法,整体评价银翘解毒片的质量。方法采用色谱柱:Kromasil 100-5 c18(4.6 mm ×250 mm);检测器:dad 检测器;检测波长:279nm;柱温:30℃;甲醇-0.2%磷酸为流动相,1ml·min-1的流速梯度洗脱。结果模拟银翘解毒片剂特征图谱有12个共有峰,其精密度、重复性、稳定性试验中各共有峰的相对保留时间的 rsd 均小于2%,相对峰面积的 rsd 均小于5%。模拟片相似度较好,银翘解毒片样品图谱存在较大差异。在已建立特征图谱基础上,提取3个特征色谱峰及1个组峰作为甘草、连翘、金银花、牛蒡子4味药材归属的样品特征峰。结论建立银翘解毒片 HPlc 特征图谱分析方法,为进一步控制银翘解毒片样品质量提供研究基础。

Objective to establish method for determination of the fructus forsythiae detoxify piece of feature maps, the overall assessment of the quality of fructus forsythiae detoxify piece. Methods the chromatographic column: Kromasil 100-5 c18 (4.6 mm * 250 mm); detector: dad detector; : detection wavelength of 279 nm; column temperature: 30 ℃ ; Methanol- 0.2% phosphoric acid as mobile phase, 1 ml, min - 1 the velocity gradient elution. Results the fructus forsythiae jiedu tablet feature maps are 12 common peak, its precision, repeatability and stability test of each common peak in the relative retention time of the RSD are less than 2%, the RSD of relative peak area were less than 5%. Simulated better similarity, fructus forsythiae jiedu tablet sample map there is a big difference. on the basis of feature maps has been established, three feature extracting and 1 set of chromatographic peak peak as liquorice, forsythia, flos lonicerae, fructus arctii 4 samples of medicinal materials of characteristic peak. Conclusion to establish fructus forsythiae jiedu tablets HPlc feature maps analysis method, in order to further control of fructus forsythiae jiedu tablet sample quality provides research foundation.
