目的:研究桦须菌质多糖(PBs)对链脲左菌素致高血糖模型小鼠血糖及糖耐量的调节作用。方法选用昆明种雄性小鼠,以链脲左菌素腹腔注射诱导的高血糖小鼠随机分成五组,分别为低(40mg/kg),中(80 mg/kg),高(120 mg/kg)剂量组和高血糖模型对照组,阳性药(消渴丸)对照药组,另设正常对照组。各剂量组连续灌胃桦须菌质多糖30d 后,研究 PBs 对高糖小鼠血糖及糖耐量的影响。结果与模型组相比,各剂量组的体重显著提高(P <0.05);高剂量组与阳性对照组空腹血糖值明显降低18%(P <0.05),21.2%(P <0.05)。糖耐量测定中,与模型组相比,高剂量组灌胃 PBs0.5和2h 后血清血糖值分别降低了8.6%(P <0.05)和15.7%(P <0.05),血糖曲线下面积下降了10.0%(P<0.05);阳性对照药组灌胃0.5和2h 后血清血糖值分别降低了14.2%(P <0.05)和23.1%(P <0.05),血糖曲线下面积下降了13.4%(P <0.01)。结论120 mg/kg 剂量组的桦须菌质多糖能降低高血糖小鼠血糖的作用并能增强糖尿病小鼠的葡萄糖耐受能力,与阳性对照药相差不大;40、80、和120 mg/kg 剂量组的桦须菌质多糖能够改善高血糖小鼠体重减轻症状。

목적:연구화수균질다당(PBs)대련뇨좌균소치고혈당모형소서혈당급당내량적조절작용。방법선용곤명충웅성소서,이련뇨좌균소복강주사유도적고혈당소서수궤분성오조,분별위저(40mg/kg),중(80 mg/kg),고(120 mg/kg)제량조화고혈당모형대조조,양성약(소갈환)대조약조,령설정상대조조。각제량조련속관위화수균질다당30d 후,연구 PBs 대고당소서혈당급당내량적영향。결과여모형조상비,각제량조적체중현저제고(P <0.05);고제량조여양성대조조공복혈당치명현강저18%(P <0.05),21.2%(P <0.05)。당내량측정중,여모형조상비,고제량조관위 PBs0.5화2h 후혈청혈당치분별강저료8.6%(P <0.05)화15.7%(P <0.05),혈당곡선하면적하강료10.0%(P<0.05);양성대조약조관위0.5화2h 후혈청혈당치분별강저료14.2%(P <0.05)화23.1%(P <0.05),혈당곡선하면적하강료13.4%(P <0.01)。결론120 mg/kg 제량조적화수균질다당능강저고혈당소서혈당적작용병능증강당뇨병소서적포도당내수능력,여양성대조약상차불대;40、80、화120 mg/kg 제량조적화수균질다당능구개선고혈당소서체중감경증상。
Objective to study the hypoglycemic activity and the effect on oral glucose tolerance test ( oGtt) of polysaccharides from Brich and stigma to fungus mass (PBs) in experimental diabetic mice induced by stZ.Method the anti-hyperglycemic effect of HXJP was investigated in diabetic male mice induced by stZ.the mice were divided into 5 groups,which were low-dose group ( 40 mg /kg) ,middle-dose group ( 80 mg /kg) ,high-dose group ( 120 mg /kg) and diabetic model control group, positive control group(xiaokewan). and the normal control group was also established.fed with stZ by intragastric administration for 30 d,the hypoglycemic effect and oGtt were tested.Results compared with model group,the body weight of low-,middle-and high-dose and positive groups increased significantly (P <0.05) .the serum glucose value of high-dose group and positive group decreased obviously by 10.2% (P <0.05) and by 14% (P <0.05).in oGtt,compared with model control group, the values of serum glucose after fed with glucose for 0.5 and 2 h were reduced by 9.2% (P <0.05) and 12.2% (P <0.05) respectively.The area of glucose curve declined by 10. 1% (P <0.05) ;Positive control group, the values of serum glucose after fed with glucose for 0.5 and 2 h were reduced by 14% (P <0.05) and 17% (P <0.05) respectively.The area of glucose curve declined by 15.2% (P <0.05). Conclusion stZ fed with 120 mg /kg had obvious hypoglycemic activity and the ability of glucose tolerance,little of positive control group difference. stZ fed with 50,100 and 150 mg /kg could decrease the weight losing of diabetic mice.
