为了提高注塑机合模机构的合模力和启闭模效率,降低能耗,研究了双肘杆合模机构力的放大倍数和行程比与肘杆尺寸以及肘杆轴线夹角关系的公式,并分别以此作为目标函数,应用MATLAB优化工具箱对合模机构进行结构尺寸优化,所得结果明显优于传统的设计方法所得结果.通过分析比较原始设计方案、追求力的放大倍数的设计方案和追求行程比最大的设计方案,得出其最优的设计方案.

In order to improve the clamping force of the clamping mechanism for plastic injection machine,reduce energy consumption and improve the opening and colsing mould efficiency of the clamping mechanism,the formulas of the force magnification and stroke ratio about double toggle clamping unit are deduced,which are used as the target functions respectively.By the application of MATLAB optimization toolbox,the structural size of clamping mechanism is optimized.And the result is obviously better than that of the traditional design.Compared with the original design scheme,the design scheme with the pursuit of force amplifying and the design scheme with the pursuit of stroke ratio,the optimal design scheme is obtained.
