为解决道路货运业出现的供需结构性失衡矛盾，使货运企业走出发展困境，实现协调发展，更好地适应经济发展和社会进步对道路运输的需求。结合道路货运发展的历史阶段，明确了道路货运发展的历史轨迹和历史联系，进而分析了引起道路货运成本上升的因素和运输需求特征的变化趋势。在此基础上提出道路货运企业要以服务对象的需求为中心，站在价值链上、下游企业的角度来开展经营活动，同时要在增强其组织化优势的基础上不断拓宽其业务范围，实现全能的运输服务，进而不断挖掘潜在的运输需求。

In order to solve the imbalance contradictions between supply and demand in road transportation industry, make it out of the development difficulties, and adapt the demanding which can promote economic development and social progress better this paper studied the factors that lead to the cost of road freight transport rise and the trend of demand characteristics further connecting with the history of development stage about road transportation enterprises, giving the historical trajectory and contact. On the basis of this,the available strategies were proposed,business activities were conducted at the angle of demanding which enterprise of value chain need, as well as expanding the scope of business, achieving all-round transportation services,taping the potential transportation demanding,on the basis of enhancing the advantages of organization.
