目的:探讨电针环跳、承扶穴治疗脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢伸肌痉挛状态的临床疗效。方法:将80例患者随机分为两组,常规组(40例)和实验组(40例),实验组采用电针环跳、承扶穴法治疗,常规组采用临床常用针刺法治疗。两组治疗时间都为1个月,比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗4个疗程后实验组与常规组的痉挛程度疗效相似,无统计学意义(P >0.05);治疗后两组都能提高日常生活活动能力(ADL)评分(均P<0.05),且疗效无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:电针环跳、承扶穴能有效治疗脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢伸肌痉挛状态,提高患者的生活能力。

목적:탐토전침배도、승부혈치료뇌졸중편탄환자하지신기경련상태적림상료효。방법:장80례환자수궤분위량조,상규조(40례)화실험조(40례),실험조채용전침배도、승부혈법치료,상규조채용림상상용침자법치료。량조치료시간도위1개월,비교량조림상료효。결과:치료4개료정후실험조여상규조적경련정도료효상사,무통계학의의(P >0.05);치료후량조도능제고일상생활활동능력(ADL)평분(균P<0.05),차료효무명현차이(P>0.05)。결론:전침배도、승부혈능유효치료뇌졸중편탄환자하지신기경련상태,제고환자적생활능력。
Objective:To investigate the clinically curative effect on the hemiplegic limb extensor spasticity af-ter stroke by electro -acupuncture at Huantiao point and Chengfu point .Methods:80 patients were randomly divided into two groups , conventional group (40 cases) and experimental group (40 cases).The experimental group was used the therapy of electro -acupuncturing at Huantiao point and Chengfu point .The conventional group was used the therapy of electro -acupuncturing at the points that was commonly used in clinic .The treat-ment time of two groups was one month ,then compare two clinical efficacy .Results:After four courses of treat-ment ,the curative effect of the experimental group on the degree of spasm was similar to the conventional group , which had no statistical significance ( P>0 .05 ); after treatment both two groups could improve activities of daily living (ADL) score (P<0.05) and they had no difference between the curative effect (P>0.05).Con-clusion:Electro-acupuncturing at Huantiao point and Chengfu point can treat the hemiplegic limb extensor spasticity after stroke effectively and improve the patient's ability to live .
