目的：探讨分析手术与保守治疗重症胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法选取我院于2010年7月~2012年8月收治的52例重症胰腺炎患者，将其随机分为手术治疗组和保守治疗组，每组各26例，手术治疗组采用手术治疗，保守治疗组采用内科保守治疗，比较两组患者治疗后治愈率、死亡率、APACHE-Ⅱ评分及住院时间。结果手术治疗组治愈率为80.8%，保守治疗组为53.8%，两组比较差异明显，(P<0.05)，手术治疗组死亡率低于保守治疗组，但两组比较无统计学意义，(P>0.05)。手术治疗组APACHE-Ⅱ评分及住院时间均少于保守治疗组，两组比较差异明显，(P<0.05)。结论采用手术治疗重症胰腺炎较保守治疗效果更加明显，值得临床推广。
목적：탐토분석수술여보수치료중증이선염적림상료효。방법선취아원우2010년7월~2012년8월수치적52례중증이선염환자，장기수궤분위수술치료조화보수치료조，매조각26례，수술치료조채용수술치료，보수치료조채용내과보수치료，비교량조환자치료후치유솔、사망솔、APACHE-Ⅱ평분급주원시간。결과수술치료조치유솔위80.8%，보수치료조위53.8%，량조비교차이명현，(P<0.05)，수술치료조사망솔저우보수치료조，단량조비교무통계학의의，(P>0.05)。수술치료조APACHE-Ⅱ평분급주원시간균소우보수치료조，량조비교차이명현，(P<0.05)。결론채용수술치료중증이선염교보수치료효과경가명현，치득림상추엄。
Objective to study the analysis of the clinical curative ef ect of surgery and conservative treatment for severe acute pancreatitis.Selection Methods our hospital in 2010~2012,July of 52 cases of severe acute pancreatitis patients admit ed in August,the surgery were randomly divided into treatment group and the conservative treatment group,each group of 26 cases of surgical treatment group was treated by operation,conservative treatment group USES the medicine conservative treatment, compared two groups of patients after cure rate,mortality,APACHE-Ⅱscore and length of hospital stay. Results surgical treatment group cure rate was 80.8%,the conservative treatment group was 53.8%,significantly,are similar between the two groups (P<0.05),the death rate of surgical treatment group is lower than conservative treatment group,the two groups was no statistical significance,(P>0.05).Surgical treatment group APACHE -Ⅱscore and length of hospital stay were less than conservative treatment group,significantly,are similar between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion the surgical treatment for severe acute pancreatitis more conservative treatment ef ect is more apparent,worth clinical promotion.
