目的：探讨心理护理在老年抑郁症患者治疗中的作用。方法将60例老年抑郁症患者随机分为实验组和对照组，每组30例，分别给予心理护理和一般生活护理。采用汉密顿抑郁量表( HAMD)评定护理效果，分别在治疗前和治疗的第2、4、6w末各评定1次。结果两组差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论对老年抑郁症患者实施心理护理，可获得明显效果，从而提高患者的生活质量。
목적：탐토심리호리재노년억욱증환자치료중적작용。방법장60례노년억욱증환자수궤분위실험조화대조조，매조30례，분별급여심리호리화일반생활호리。채용한밀돈억욱량표( HAMD)평정호리효과，분별재치료전화치료적제2、4、6w말각평정1차。결과량조차이유현저성(P<0.05)。결론대노년억욱증환자실시심리호리，가획득명현효과，종이제고환자적생활질량。
Objective to investigate the ef ect of psychologicl nursing for geriatric depression patients. Methods Sixty geriatric depression patients were randomly divided into experimental group and the control group.Psychologicl nursing was given in the experimental group.In the control group,the whole process was made according to the general nursing. Results There are significant dif erence between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of psychological nursing have significant ef ects on elderly patients with major depression and can improve the quality of life of the patients.
