本文以全国各茶叶质检机构的检测数据为样本,集中统计分析了2005~2009年我国不同茶类中农药残留、铅和稀土元素的合格率情况。结果表明:五年来茶叶农残逐步向好,六大茶类合格率良好,三氯杀螨醇和稀土元素是茶叶中最易超标的。本研究为进一步研究我国茶叶质量安全走势和制定相关质量安全政策提供科学依据。

The residues of pesticide,rare earth and lead elements in tea were summarized and the development trend of the quality and safety situation of tea in five years from 2005 to 2009 were also described.Results showed that the incidence rate of pesticide residues in tea decreased gradually,and the quality of six type teas were over standard requirement in mass.However it can be concluded that dicofol and rare earth elements residues were easier to happen than other pesticides in tea.This paper could give scientific references to the further studies on the safty and quality of tea and on its relevant standards and policies.
