　　以颗粒粒度为8～5mm、5～3mm、3～1mm、1～0mm、≤0．088mm电熔棕刚玉和碳化硅为原料，铝酸盐水泥为结合剂， SiO2微粉为辅助结合剂，LBF-1为复合防爆剂，并添加氮化硅细粉制备了浇注料。研究了SiO2微粉和碳化硅加入量对浇注料性能的影响。所研制出的适用于大型高炉风口区用快速烘烤修补用浇注料已在国内1800m3高炉上应用，获得了良好的效果。

In this paper,castables preparation is introduced , which is blended with brown fused alu-mina with grain sizes of 8~5mm,5~3mm,3~1mm,1~0mm,≤0.088mm and silicon carbide as raw material,aluminate cement as binder,silica powder as secondary binder , LBF-1 as compound anti-explosive agent and silicon nitride fines as additives .The amount of silica powder and silicon carbide affecting the castables performance is also studied .The new castables for quick repairing of tuyere area in blast furnace has been successfully used in 1 800m 3 blast furnaces in China.
