通过煅烧蛋壳获得的高活性冶金石灰,其CaO含量达到95%以上。实验在马弗炉中进行,采用国标法测量石灰活性度。通过正交试验确定石灰活性与原料粒度、煅烧温度和煅烧时间的关系,找到了煅烧蛋壳获得高活性石灰的最优工艺。经试验得到活性度高达400mL的优质冶金石灰,因此,以蛋壳为原料煅烧的石灰完全可作为冶金用石灰。

In this paper,an experiment is done to obtain the highly active lime with the CaO content is above 95%by calcined eggshell in the muffle furnace .The lime activity is measured with GB meth-od.The relationships between the lime activity and the raw material grain size ,calcined temperature and calcined time are determined by orthogonal test .The optimized process of producing highly active lime with calcined eggshell can be obtained .This high quality lime with activity up to 400mL can be used as metallurgical lime.
