目的:使用弥散张量成像技术探究首次发病的精神分裂症患者的胼胝体亚区,即膝部、体部及亚部的异常。方法对58例首次发病的精神分裂症患者和58例年龄、性别相匹配的健康人进行弥散张量成像的磁共振扫描,并采用ROI分析方法研究精神分裂症组的胼胝体各亚区的FA值的异常。结果精神分裂症患者胼胝体的FA值分别为:膝部0.596±0.027、体部0.560±0.030及压部0.635±0.026;与健康对照组比较,显著降低。结论精神分裂症患者的胼胝体异常在首次发病时即已经出现,这些异常很有可能与精神分裂症的发病机制有关。
目的:使用瀰散張量成像技術探究首次髮病的精神分裂癥患者的胼胝體亞區,即膝部、體部及亞部的異常。方法對58例首次髮病的精神分裂癥患者和58例年齡、性彆相匹配的健康人進行瀰散張量成像的磁共振掃描,併採用ROI分析方法研究精神分裂癥組的胼胝體各亞區的FA值的異常。結果精神分裂癥患者胼胝體的FA值分彆為:膝部0.596±0.027、體部0.560±0.030及壓部0.635±0.026;與健康對照組比較,顯著降低。結論精神分裂癥患者的胼胝體異常在首次髮病時即已經齣現,這些異常很有可能與精神分裂癥的髮病機製有關。
목적:사용미산장량성상기술탐구수차발병적정신분렬증환자적변지체아구,즉슬부、체부급아부적이상。방법대58례수차발병적정신분렬증환자화58례년령、성별상필배적건강인진행미산장량성상적자공진소묘,병채용ROI분석방법연구정신분렬증조적변지체각아구적FA치적이상。결과정신분렬증환자변지체적FA치분별위:슬부0.596±0.027、체부0.560±0.030급압부0.635±0.026;여건강대조조비교,현저강저。결론정신분렬증환자적변지체이상재수차발병시즉이경출현,저사이상흔유가능여정신분렬증적발병궤제유관。
Objective In this study, we use diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) to examine white matter abnormalities in first-episode schizophrenia patients. Methods DTI data were acquired from 58 first-episode schizophrenia patients and 58 health controls. Fractional anisotropy (FA) were measured in the genu, body and splenium of the corpus callosum, which is used as the regions of interest (ROI). Results Compared with the healthy controls, the FA in the genu(0.596±0.027), body(0.560±0.030) and splenium (0.635±0.026) of the corpus callosum was significantly reduced in the patients with schizophrenia (P<0.05). Conclusion The abnormalities in the corpus callosum showed in the fist-episode schizophrenia patients may play a key role in the pathophysiology of the schizophrenia.
