目的：观察耳穴放血配合针刺治疗痰热内扰型失眠的临床疗效。方法：将61名患者随机分为两组。治疗组31例采用放血配合针刺治疗；对照组30例单纯针刺治疗。治疗一疗程后评定疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为93．6％，对照组为76．7％。两组治疗后中医证候总评分和睡眠效率、日间功能障碍的比较，治疗组低于对照组。结论：在改善中医证候和睡眠效率、日间功能障碍方面，耳穴放血配合针刺效果更佳。

목적：관찰이혈방혈배합침자치료담열내우형실면적림상료효。방법：장61명환자수궤분위량조。치료조31례채용방혈배합침자치료；대조조30례단순침자치료。치료일료정후평정료효。결과：치료조총유효솔위93．6％，대조조위76．7％。량조치료후중의증후총평분화수면효솔、일간공능장애적비교，치료조저우대조조。결론：재개선중의증후화수면효솔、일간공능장애방면，이혈방혈배합침자효과경가。
Obj ective:To observe the clinically therapeutic effect on insomnia of phlegm -heat attacking inter-nally by ear acupoint bloodletting and acupuncture .Methods:Sixty -one cases were randomly divided into a treatment group ( n=31 ) and a control group ( n=30 ) .The treatment group was treated by ear acupoint blood-letting and acupuncture ,while the control group was treaded with acupuncture .Assess the clinical therapeutic effects on two groups after one course .Results:The total effective rate was 93.6% (29/31) in the treatment group and 76.7%(23/30)in the control group.After the treatment, the improvements of TCM symptom, sleep efficiency and daytime functional state in the treatment group were superior to those in the control group .Con-clusion:The ear acupoint bloodletting combined with acupuncture is better in the improvement of TCM symp -tom,sleep efficiency and daytime functional state .
