目的：观察温针夹脊配合穴位注射和刮痧疗法与药物治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效差异。方法：将130例强直性脊柱炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各65例，治疗组采用温针夹脊配合穴位注射和刮痧治疗，对照组采用口服药物治疗，并在治疗3个疗程后进行疗效评定。结果：治疗组显效率为36．9％，总有效率为95．4％，对照组显效率为15．4％，总有效率为70．8％，治疗组显效率及总有效率明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论：温针夹脊配合穴位注射和刮痧与药物治疗强直性脊柱炎均有效，但温针夹脊配合穴位注射和刮痧疗效更优，操作简单，无毒副作用，值得临床推广应用。
목적：관찰온침협척배합혈위주사화괄사요법여약물치료강직성척주염적림상료효차이。방법：장130례강직성척주염환자수궤분위치료조화대조조，매조각65례，치료조채용온침협척배합혈위주사화괄사치료，대조조채용구복약물치료，병재치료3개료정후진행료효평정。결과：치료조현효솔위36．9％，총유효솔위95．4％，대조조현효솔위15．4％，총유효솔위70．8％，치료조현효솔급총유효솔명현우우대조조，차이구유통계학의의（ P＜0．05）。결론：온침협척배합혈위주사화괄사여약물치료강직성척주염균유효，단온침협척배합혈위주사화괄사료효경우，조작간단，무독부작용，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective:To observe the difference of clinical curative effect between temperature needle clamp ridge with point injection and Scrapping therapy and drug therapy for ankylosing spondylitis .Methods:130 pa-tients with ankylosing spondylitis randomly were divided into two groups: treatment group ( 65 patients ) and control group (65 patients).In the treatment group, patients were treated with temperature needle clamp ridge with point injection and Scrapping therapy .In the control group , patients were treated with oral drugs .Patients in the two groups received three courses of treatment and then were evaluated according to its curative effect . Results:The significant effective rate was 36 .9%in the treatment group and the control group was 15 .4%.The total effective rate was 95.4%in the treatment group and the control group was 70.8%.The differences in two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusio n:Both temperature needle clamp ridge with point in-jection and Scrapping therapy and drug therapy are effective .But temperature needle clamp ridge with point in-jection and Scrapping therapy are better ,which are simple to use and without adverse reactions .So it is worth popularizing in clinical application .
