目的：探讨优思弗配伍丹参冻干注射用灭菌粉末对病毒性肝炎合并淤胆的临床疗效情况。方法选取我院94例病毒性肝炎合并淤胆患者行分组对照研究，按分层法将94例患者分为试验组及对照组，每组各47例。对照组患者采用基础治疗（还原性谷胱甘肽，甘草酸二铵，岩黄连及促肝细胞生长素等）；试验组在此基础上，给予优思弗配伍丹参冻干注射用灭菌粉末。对比两组临床疗效情况。结果试验组显效11例，有效35例，无效1例，总有效率为97.87%；对照组显效6例，有效25例，无效16例，总有效率为65.96%；试验组总有效率显著高于对照组（P<0.01）。结论应用优思弗配伍丹参冻干注射用灭菌粉末治疗病毒性肝炎合并淤胆临床疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。

목적：탐토우사불배오단삼동간주사용멸균분말대병독성간염합병어담적림상료효정황。방법선취아원94례병독성간염합병어담환자행분조대조연구，안분층법장94례환자분위시험조급대조조，매조각47례。대조조환자채용기출치료（환원성곡광감태，감초산이안，암황련급촉간세포생장소등）；시험조재차기출상，급여우사불배오단삼동간주사용멸균분말。대비량조림상료효정황。결과시험조현효11례，유효35례，무효1례，총유효솔위97.87%；대조조현효6례，유효25례，무효16례，총유효솔위65.96%；시험조총유효솔현저고우대조조（P<0.01）。결론응용우사불배오단삼동간주사용멸균분말치료병독성간염합병어담림상료효현저，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of freeze - dry sterilization powder for injection of salvia miltiorrhiza bunge combined with Ursofalk in the treatment of viral hepatitis complicated with cholestatic diseases Methods 94 cases of patients with viral hepatitis combined with cholestatic diseases selected in our hospital were grouped. they were divided into experiment group and control group according to the hierarchical methods, 47 cases in each group. Patients in control group were given primary therapy ( reductive glutathione, diammonium glycyrrhizinate, corydalis saxicola bunting and hepatocyte growth-promoting factor and so on ) , while patients in the experiment group received freeze - dry sterilization powder for injection of salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge combined with Ursofalk on the basis of primary therapy. the clinical curative effects of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in experiment group was 97.87%, including 11 cases with significant effect, effective in 35 cases and invalid in 1 case, while this rate was 65.96%, with significant effect in 6 cases, effective in 25 cases and invalid in 16 cases. The total effective rate in the experiment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion freeze - dry sterilization powder for injection of salvia miltiorrhiza bunge combined with Ursofalk in the treatment of viral hepatitis complicated with cholestatic diseases has significant clinical efficacy and is worthy of clinical application.
