　　Pi-km是稻瘟病抗性位点Pik上的一个主效抗病等位基因。本研究利用与抗稻瘟病基因Pi-km紧密连锁的SNP标记，对244份2012年陕西省水稻原始材料圃材料和62份2012年长江上游国家水稻区域试验材料进行了Pi-km基因位点检测，128份材料为抗性基因纯合体，64份材料为抗性基因杂合体，103份材料为感性基因纯合体。研究结果初步明确了陕西省主要水稻种质资源中稻瘟病抗性基因Pi-km的存在状况，为稻瘟病抗性育种提供依据。

Pi-km was known as one of a major allele of Pik locus that confers resistance to blast in rice, The distri- bution of this gene among 62 rice germplasm from national rice regional test in the upper Yangtze river-2012 and 244 rice germplasm from original material region in Shaanxi Province, using SNP marker for rice blast resistance genes for Pi-km.The results showed that there were 128 rice blast resistance homozygous loci and 64 rice varieties with heterozygous loci whereas others were susceptible homozygous loci, the results made clear the distribution of blast resistant gene Pi-km in rice germplasms in Shaanxi Province and provide the reference for the breeding of rice blast resistance.
