筛选具有除草活性的植物材料是开发植物源除草剂的基础。以青萍为靶标植物,测定了14种植物乙醇提取物的除草活性,筛选出对青萍生物活性显著的11种植物,其LC50范围在0.008 6~0.078 0 g/mL,由高到低分别是:蒜、雪松、枫树、曼陀罗、南艾蒿、桧柏、苦楝、蒲公英、樟树、白花夹竹桃、空心莲子草,该结果对植物源除草剂研发有重要意义,值得进一步研究。

The screening of plants with herbicidal activity is the basis for the development of botanical herbicide.The herbicidal activity of 14 kinds of plants ethanol extracts were determined with lemna minor as the target plant in the paper.Eleven kinds of plant with high biological activity to lemna minor were screened out.LC50 from high to low(0.008 6~0.078 0 g/mL)was followed by garlic,cedar,maple,mandala,mugwort,sabina,neem,dandelion,camphor,white oleander and alternanthera philoxeroides.The results were significance to the development of botanical herbicide and was worth of further study.
