目的:总结分析膀胱结石腔内联合碎石治疗的临床效果。方法选择2012年1月至2012年12月期间我院收治的80例膀胱结石患者为研究对象,给予气压弹道碎石器械结合大力碎石钳经尿道进行膀胱腔内碎石术,观察期治疗效果。结果80例患者手术清除结石时间15~40min,平均(35.2±1.5)min;术中无出血病例,术后排尿均正常;未出现膀胱穿伤、尿道狭窄等病例;除23例联合进行前列腺增生电切术患者之外,其他患者术后24h 可出院。结论腔内联合碎石术对膀胱结石治疗具有无创、无出血、安全可靠、术后恢复快等优势,临床值得推广使用。

목적:총결분석방광결석강내연합쇄석치료적림상효과。방법선택2012년1월지2012년12월기간아원수치적80례방광결석환자위연구대상,급여기압탄도쇄석기계결합대력쇄석겸경뇨도진행방광강내쇄석술,관찰기치료효과。결과80례환자수술청제결석시간15~40min,평균(35.2±1.5)min;술중무출혈병례,술후배뇨균정상;미출현방광천상、뇨도협착등병례;제23례연합진행전렬선증생전절술환자지외,기타환자술후24h 가출원。결론강내연합쇄석술대방광결석치료구유무창、무출혈、안전가고、술후회복쾌등우세,림상치득추엄사용。
Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of bladder lumen with lithotripsy in treatment of calculus of bladder. Methods 80 patients with calculus of bladder in our hospital from January 2012 to december 2012 were selected as the study group and treated by electrohydraulic lithotripsy equipment combined with strong lithotripters by transurethral method for bladder lithotripsy. The clinical efficacy was observed. Results the time of surgical removal stones in 80 patients was 15-40min, at an average time of (35.2 ± 1.5) min. there were no cases of bleeding, bladder penetrating injury and urethral stricture and their postoperative voiding function were normal. in addition to 23 cases of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia given combination therapy of electrocision, other patients can be discharged after 24h.Conclusion Bladder lumen with lithotripsy has advantages of non-invasive, no bleeding, security, reliable, rapid postoperative recovery in treatment of calculus of bladder. therefore, it is worthy of promotion and application.
