目的：对小切口甲状腺切除术治疗甲状腺瘤的临床疗效进行探讨。方法选取我院收治的80例甲状腺瘤患者为研究对象，随机分成两组，对照组实施传统甲状腺切除手术，试验组实施小切口甲状腺切除术，对两组患者的临床疗效进行观察和比较。结果试验组患者并发症发生率明显比对照组小，试验组切口长度明显比对照组小，手术时间、住院时间明显比对照组短，术中出血量明显比对照组少，差异明显，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论采用小切口甲状腺切除术对甲状腺瘤进行治疗，疗效理想，值得普及和应用。

목적：대소절구갑상선절제술치료갑상선류적림상료효진행탐토。방법선취아원수치적80례갑상선류환자위연구대상，수궤분성량조，대조조실시전통갑상선절제수술，시험조실시소절구갑상선절제술，대량조환자적림상료효진행관찰화비교。결과시험조환자병발증발생솔명현비대조조소，시험조절구장도명현비대조조소，수술시간、주원시간명현비대조조단，술중출혈량명현비대조조소，차이명현，유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론채용소절구갑상선절제술대갑상선류진행치료，료효이상，치득보급화응용。
Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of small incision thyroidectomy in the treatment of thyroid tumors. Methods 80 cases of patients with thyroid tumors in our hospital selected for the study were randomly divided into two groups, the implementation of traditional thyroidectomy surgery given in the control group, a small incision thyroidectomy given in the experimental group. The clinical efficacy of patients in two groups were observed and compared. Results the incidence of complications in patients in the experimental group was significantly less than that in the control group. The incision length in experimental group was significantly smaller than that in the control group. and the operation time, hospital stay were significantly shorter than that in the control group and the blood loss was significantly less than that in the control group, the differences were significant (P <0.05). Conclusion the small incision thyroidectomy for treating thyroid tumor has the desired effect. it is worthy of popularization and application.
