在网络背景支持下的现代化大学英语教学中，我们实现了教学资源的异地共享、教学模式的同步交流、教学内容的多元构建，大学英语教学的各方面都取得了长足的发展。但作为教学主体的师生双方同时也必须清醒地认识到：在大力发展多媒体网络教学的同时，也要尽量回避它的不足之处，切不可走极端。

With the help of Internet, modern college English teaching can share the resources in different areas, communicate about the teaching pattern simultaneously construct the different teaching contents, so we have made great progress in English teaching in recent years. But for the most important parties in teaching, the teachers and the students should all realize one point: when we increase the development of Internet teaching in college teaching, we should try our best to avoid the disadvantages about it, should not develop it in an extreme way.
