采用文献资料和逻辑推理等研究方法,对高校体育教学中开展拓展运动的难点进行了探讨并提出了相应的对策。高校开展拓展运动的难点主要表现在四个方面：拓展课程体系有待建立与完善;拓展课程师资的欠缺;拓展教学设施的匮乏;拓展运动具有一定的风险性。解决拓展运动进入高校的对策主要有四点：加强拓展课程体系的建立与完善;注重师资队伍培训;投入必要的启动资金,购买和自制一些价格低廉的设施器材;加强拓展训练的安全保障。

By using the method of documentary and logical reasoning and research methods,the difficulty of developing outward bound in the teaching of college sports are discussed in this paper.The difficulty to carry out the movement in university mainly in four aspects: curriculum system needing to be set up and perfect,the lack of teaching course;the lack of teaching facilities;certain risk existing in outward bound.The countermeasures to get the movement into university are as followed: Establishing and perfecting the outward bound course system,Paying attention to the training of teachers' team;investing necessary the start-up capital to buy and homemade some cheap facilities equipment;and strengthening the training of the security.
