针对单节锂离子电池保护电路在应用中保护IC和CMOS容易损坏的问题,分析了单节锂离子电池保护电路的工作原理,通过外围电路的改进设计,对锂离子保护IC和CMOS起到有效的保护作用。

Concerning the problems that the protective IC and the COMS are easily damaged in its application,this paper analyzes the work principle of protection circuit for single-cell pack Li-ion battery.It has good protective effects on the protective IC and the COMS by designing peripheral circuit.
