参照国内外绿色节能建筑评价体系,结合北方地区城镇住宅实际情况,构建了单体住宅建筑的节能设计评价体系,以直接影响建筑能耗的因素作为评价体系指标架构,采用定量权重确定法确定指标权重,并给出了各因素评分标准和目标层分值计算公式,评价模式具有灵活性和科学性。该体系建立了一个对节能设计的各项指标进行综合评价的平台,简便快捷,可操作性强,适合建筑师使用。
參照國內外綠色節能建築評價體繫,結閤北方地區城鎮住宅實際情況,構建瞭單體住宅建築的節能設計評價體繫,以直接影響建築能耗的因素作為評價體繫指標架構,採用定量權重確定法確定指標權重,併給齣瞭各因素評分標準和目標層分值計算公式,評價模式具有靈活性和科學性。該體繫建立瞭一箇對節能設計的各項指標進行綜閤評價的平檯,簡便快捷,可操作性彊,適閤建築師使用。

According to the evaluation systems of energy - saving buildings in the world, an evaluation system of energy - saving design for monomer residence was settled with conditions town houses of in north China, in which factors affecting building energy consumption were fixed as evaluating system indicators. The indicator' s weight was determined by quantitative weight method, meanwhile both the point rating standard of all the factors and the calculation formula of target value were settled. So the evaluation model was flexible and appropriate. A system was set up to evaluate all kinds of factors synthetically for energy - saving designs, which was simple, quick, operable and suitable for architectures.
