针对传统变电站中二次设备数量繁多,配置冗余及通讯繁杂等问题,根据国家电网公司《智能变电站技术导则》要求,采用设备整合、功能集中方式的智能组件在智能变电站得到了广泛应用,解决了传统测量、控制、计量、检测、保护装置的一系列问题。智能组件通过网络连接至系统层,实现与站内其他设备和调度系统的信息交互,增强了信息交互的速度及可靠性。分析及应用结果表明:智能组件改变了目前变电站的管理模式,给计量、远动和保护等部门的管理带来积极影响。

Aiming at the problems of the numerous secondary equipment,redundant allocation and miscellaneous communication in the traditional substation,according to the demand of Smart Substation Technology Guideline made by State Grid Corporation,the intelligent subassembly which adopt the way of equipment integration and function centralization is widely applied in smart substation,solves a series of problems for tradition measurement,control,metering,detection and protection devices.Intelligent subassembly through network connected to system level,realized information exchange with other equipments and dispatching system,strengthens the speed and reliability of the information exchange.The analysis and application results show that intelligent subassembly changes the current management mode of the substation,brings active influence for departments management of metering,remote control and protection.
