在福建省光泽县对乡土阔叶树种蓝果树进行了为期8年的研究,研究结果表明:干藏、湿砂层积贮藏蓝果树种子和随采随播种子发芽势和发芽率以湿砂层积贮藏方式最高;蓝果树扦插育苗以1年生枝条中部成苗率最高,以100mg/kgIAA浓度的浓液浸泡穗条下端10h成苗率最高,达72.5%;与纯林杉木相比,蓝果树与杉木混交林的杉木无论是胸径还是树高生长都大于纯林,且1:1混交比例的生长(树高和胸径)大于2:1(杉木:蓝果树),表明蓝果树能够有效地促进杉木生长,但二者混交对蓝果树生长没什么促进作用;蓝果树与杉木混交改善了林地土壤肥力,但8年生蓝果树纯林以及与杉木的混交林改土效果仅限于0~20cm土层以内。

This paper researched local broad-leaved Nyssa sinensis for 8 years in Guangze county, Fujian province, the results indicate:The germination rate and germination potential of wet sand lamilated with seed storage are the highest in three seed of Nyssa sinensis storage methods, dry storage, immediate sowing after seed collection and wet sand lamilated with seed storage; the highest survival rate of cutting seedlings is the middle of 1 year branchand and the cutting its biological lower end limmersed in 100mg/kg IAA solution for 10 hours; the diameter at breast height and tree height of Cunninghamia lanceolata in the mixes forest of Cunninghamia lanceolata and Nyssa sinensis are greater than that in pure forest of Cunninghamia laneeo]ata, and that the mixed proportion of 1 : 1 2 : 1 ( Cunninghamia laneeolata : Nyssa sinens~ ), and the result showed Nyssa sinensis can promote effectively the growth of Cunninghamia laneeolata but little promotion effect to Nyssa sinensis in the mixed forest; pure foresr of Nyssa sinensis and mixed forest of Cunninghamia laneeolata and Nyssa sinensis improved the soil fertility, but improvement extent only in 0-20cm soil laver.
