目的：分析探讨临床免疫检测过程中的常见问题以及相应的对策。方法回顾性分析我院2013年4月至2014年4月进行临床免疫检测的标本资料，并对检验结果准确性的各影响因素进行考察分析，使用多重线性回归进行分析。结果影响临床免疫检测结果的关键因素主要包括实验室温度、湿度等检验环境，标本质量，标准品质量，试剂反应时间，洗液更换周期及实验员自身素质。结论为保证实验数据的准确性和有效性，在临床免疫检测的过程中，需严格执行操作规程，遵守相关规章制度，进而保证临床免疫检测的质量。

목적：분석탐토림상면역검측과정중적상견문제이급상응적대책。방법회고성분석아원2013년4월지2014년4월진행림상면역검측적표본자료，병대검험결과준학성적각영향인소진행고찰분석，사용다중선성회귀진행분석。결과영향림상면역검측결과적관건인소주요포괄실험실온도、습도등검험배경，표본질량，표준품질량，시제반응시간，세액경환주기급실험원자신소질。결론위보증실험수거적준학성화유효성，재림상면역검측적과정중，수엄격집행조작규정，준수상관규장제도，진이보증림상면역검측적질량。
Objective to analyze and discuss on common problems in clinical immunoassay and preliminary study on corresponding countermeasures. Methods the data of clinical immunodetection specimen from april 2013 to april 2014 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. and the factors affecting the accuracy of test results were analyzed by multiple linear regression method.Results the key factors affecting clinical immunodetection results included lab testing environment such as temperature, humidity, and specimen quality, standard substance quality, reaction time, and experimental lotions replacing cycles, also the quality of laboratory technician.Conclusion in order to ensure the accuracy and validity of test data, the process should be strictly performed and the relevant rules and regulations should be complied, so as to guarantee quality of clinical immunoassay during clinical immunoassay process.
