兔真菌性皮肤病是一类传染性极强的人畜共患接触性皮肤病。试验选取体重相近,已感染真菌性皮肤病的吉戎兔15只,分为3组,每组5只,试验组Ⅰ为对照组,注射生理盐水,组II和组Ⅲ皮下分别包埋5 mg和10 mg的两性霉素颗粒剂。给药前和给药后第10天、第20天和第30天分别称重,并观察测定兔皮毛生长及秃斑恢复情况。结果表明,试验组兔增重均高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05),试验末期组II和组Ⅲ秃斑恢复分别达95%和90%。因此,采用皮下包埋的给药方式有效地延长了两性霉素B的药效时间,可有效治愈兔真菌性皮肤病。

토진균성피부병시일류전염성겁강적인축공환접촉성피부병。시험선취체중상근,이감염진균성피부병적길융토15지,분위3조,매조5지,시험조Ⅰ위대조조,주사생리염수,조II화조Ⅲ피하분별포매5 mg화10 mg적량성매소과립제。급약전화급약후제10천、제20천화제30천분별칭중,병관찰측정토피모생장급독반회복정황。결과표명,시험조토증중균고우대조조,차이현저(P<0.05),시험말기조II화조Ⅲ독반회복분별체95%화90%。인차,채용피하포매적급약방식유효지연장료량성매소B적약효시간,가유효치유토진균성피부병。
Rabbit fungal skin disease is a kind of highly contagious and contact skin diseases between human beings and livestock. Measure weight and mites in check. Prior to adminis-tration and 30 days after dosing, weighing 10 days 20 days 30 days before drug admin-istration and mites inspection. The experimental group weight gain all higher than the other groups, have a certain effect of Amphotericin B for the treatment of rab-bit mites echinococcosis. And 5mg and 10mg dose of the treatment of rabbit fungal skin disease effect was significantly higher than groupⅠ. The results show that the effect of amphotericin B in the content of 5 mg to the treatment of fungal skin diseases of Rex Rabbit is significant. The subcutaneous embedding of mode of admin-istration can effectively extend the effective time of amphotericin B.
