目的：比较传统疝修补术与疝环填充式无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2011年6月至2012年12月，巨野县人民医院收治的腹股沟疝患者94例，根据患者采用的手术方式分为观察组53例和对照组41例。观察组给予疝环填充式无张力疝修补术治疗，对照组给予传统疝修补术治疗。结果本组患者均顺利完成手术，二组患者在手术时间、住院时间、下床活动时间以及镇痛人数比较，差异有统计学意义（t ＝9．019、6．634、28．201，χ2＝7．393，P＝0．007、0．012、0．031、0．007）。二组患者并发症发生率、复发率比较差异均无统计学意义（χ2＝0．106、0．034，P＝0．745、0．854）。结论与传统疝修补术比较，疝环填充式无张力修补术在腹股沟疝中具有手术时间短、镇痛患者少等优点，值得临床应用。

목적：비교전통산수보술여산배전충식무장력산수보술치료복고구산적림상료효。방법회고성분석2011년6월지2012년12월，거야현인민의원수치적복고구산환자94례，근거환자채용적수술방식분위관찰조53례화대조조41례。관찰조급여산배전충식무장력산수보술치료，대조조급여전통산수보술치료。결과본조환자균순리완성수술，이조환자재수술시간、주원시간、하상활동시간이급진통인수비교，차이유통계학의의（t ＝9．019、6．634、28．201，χ2＝7．393，P＝0．007、0．012、0．031、0．007）。이조환자병발증발생솔、복발솔비교차이균무통계학의의（χ2＝0．106、0．034，P＝0．745、0．854）。결론여전통산수보술비교，산배전충식무장력수보술재복고구산중구유수술시간단、진통환자소등우점，치득림상응용。
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of traditional hernia repair with ring filling tension-free hernia repair. Methods A total of 94 patients with inguinal hernia were enrolled and retrospectively analyzed from the Juye People′s Hospital from June 201 1 to December 201 2.53 cases in the observation group and 41 cases in the control group were included according to the operation mode.The patients in the observation group were applied with the hernia ring filling tension-free hernia repair while the patients in the control group were treated with traditional hernia repair. Results All the patients successfully completed the operation.The differences in operation time,hospitalization time,ambulation time and the number of analgesia were statistically significant difference (t=9.01 9,6.634,28.201 ,χ2 =7.393,P=0.007,0.01 2,0.031 ,0.007 ).No significant difference was observed in the incidence of complication and the recurrence rates between the two groups(χ2 =0.106,0.034,P=0.745,0.854). Conclusions Compared to the traditional hernia repair,the hernia ring filling tension-free repair has strengths in the operation time with less pain for those patients with inguinal hernia.
