Spinach is digested with nitric acid and perchloric acid, and the elements of K, Zn, Mg, Na, Mn, Ca, Fe, Cu were determined by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry. The results showed that spinach contains the abundant trace elements needed by human body. The result has provided the basis for spinach's reasonable use and the development.
