在不同品种的葡萄砧木上嫁接矢富罗莎,对1年生嫁接苗新梢生长变化及叶片净光合速率进行了比较。结果表明,不同葡萄砧木的矢富罗莎嫁接苗新梢生长存在较大差异,表现较好的是以美砧、101-14MG、贝达为砧木的嫁接苗,其次是以3309C、1103P、520A为砧木的嫁接苗,以SO4为砧的生长表现最差。7种砧穗组合嫁接苗新梢长度和新梢粗度生长变化略有不同,表现为从嫁接苗恢复生长第1天至第95天,新梢长度总体呈快速增长趋势,新梢粗度则出现先快后慢的增长趋势。砧穗组合对嫁接苗光合特性的影响较明显,101-14MG、贝达和美砧为砧木的嫁接苗叶片净光合速率显著高于自根苗;1103P、520A及SO4为砧木的显著低于自根苗;3309C作为砧木的嫁接苗与自根苗无显著性差异。

The effects of different rootstocks on the young shoot growth and leaf photosynthetic characteristics of one-year-old"Yatomi Rosa"grafted seedling were studied. The results showed that the young shoot growth of one-year-old grafted seedlings on seven rootstocks varied greatly. The performance of Yatomi Rosa/MeiZhen, Yatomi Rosa/101-14MG and Yatomi Rosa/Beta was the best, followed by Yatomi Rosa/3309C, Yatomi Rosa/1103P and Yatomi Rosa/520A, while Yatomi Rosa/SO4 was the worst. The young shoot length of one-year-old grafted seedlings of seven rootstock-scion combinations increased rapidly all the way, but the width increased quickly at first and then slowly from 1 day to 95 days after recovering growth. The influence of different rootstock/scion combinations on the leaf photosynthetic characteristics was significant. Compared with self-rooted seedlings, the leaf net photosynthetic rate of Yatomi Rosa/101-14MG, Yatomi Rosa/Meizhen and Yatomi Rosa/Beta were higher, but Yatomi Rosa/1103P, Yatomi Rosa/520A and Yatomi Rosa/SO4 were lower, and it was not significantly influenced by 3309C rootstock.
