敬业精神是社会主义精神文明和先进文化的重要组成部分，也是践行中共十八大“扎实推进社会主义文化强国建设”战略目标的重要体现。当前，我国部分高校教师敬业精神缺失，主要缘于市场经济引发的责任意识缺失和社会道德危机、高校“行政化”管理模式等因素综合作用的结果。加强社会主义核心价值体系建设、全面提高公民道德素质，去除高校管理“行政化”、构建科学公正的考评分配制度以及加强高校师德建设等举措，是治理高校教师敬业精神缺失的标本之策。
敬業精神是社會主義精神文明和先進文化的重要組成部分，也是踐行中共十八大“扎實推進社會主義文化彊國建設”戰略目標的重要體現。噹前，我國部分高校教師敬業精神缺失，主要緣于市場經濟引髮的責任意識缺失和社會道德危機、高校“行政化”管理模式等因素綜閤作用的結果。加彊社會主義覈心價值體繫建設、全麵提高公民道德素質，去除高校管理“行政化”、構建科學公正的攷評分配製度以及加彊高校師德建設等舉措，是治理高校教師敬業精神缺失的標本之策。
경업정신시사회주의정신문명화선진문화적중요조성부분，야시천행중공십팔대“찰실추진사회주의문화강국건설”전략목표적중요체현。당전，아국부분고교교사경업정신결실，주요연우시장경제인발적책임의식결실화사회도덕위궤、고교“행정화”관리모식등인소종합작용적결과。가강사회주의핵심개치체계건설、전면제고공민도덕소질，거제고교관리“행정화”、구건과학공정적고평분배제도이급가강고교사덕건설등거조，시치리고교교사경업정신결실적표본지책。
Professionalism is an important part of the socialist spiritual civilization and advanced culture,which is also an important manifestation of practicing the strategic goal about “solidly pushing forward the socialist cultural powerhouse building”in the CCP 18th Congress.Currently,missing of some college teachers' professionalism is mainly due to the result of the joint effect of many factors such as the lack of awareness of social responsibility and social moral crisis caused by the market economy,the university “administrative”management model,etc.The paper insists that the countermeasures of addressing both the symptoms and root causes should be made through the following channels:strengthening the construction of socialist core value system and comprehensively improving the quality of civic virtue,de-administration of university management,and building scientific and impartial evaluation and distribution system,as well as strengthening the teaching staff and strengthening college teachers' professional morality construction.
