目的：探讨完全性腹膜前无张力疝修补治疗腹股沟复发疝的优越性和临床应用价值，分析疝复发的原因及预防措施。方法回顾性分析2010年3月至2013年3月，仙桃市第一人民医院收治的腹股沟复发疝患者64例，采用完全性腹膜前无张力疝修补术，对其复发的原因、初次手术方式、手术时间，术后并发症及处理方法进行分析。结果64例手术全部成功，初次手术采用传统手术修补56例，无张力修补8例。手术时间平均70 min。术后出现脂肪液化3例，阴囊水肿6例，伤口区疼痛3例，经对症处理后痊愈出院。随访3个月至3年，无一例复发。结论完全性腹膜前无张力疝修补术具有创伤小，并发症少，复发率低的特点，是治疗复发疝的首选术式，值得临床推广。
목적：탐토완전성복막전무장력산수보치료복고구복발산적우월성화림상응용개치，분석산복발적원인급예방조시。방법회고성분석2010년3월지2013년3월，선도시제일인민의원수치적복고구복발산환자64례，채용완전성복막전무장력산수보술，대기복발적원인、초차수술방식、수술시간，술후병발증급처리방법진행분석。결과64례수술전부성공，초차수술채용전통수술수보56례，무장력수보8례。수술시간평균70 min。술후출현지방액화3례，음낭수종6례，상구구동통3례，경대증처리후전유출원。수방3개월지3년，무일례복발。결론완전성복막전무장력산수보술구유창상소，병발증소，복발솔저적특점，시치료복발산적수선술식，치득림상추엄。
Objective To explore the superiority and clinical value of treatment in patients with recurrent inguinal hernia who were repaired by complete preperitoneal tension-free repair.The causes of recurrent hernia and preventive measures were analyzed.Methods A total of 64 cases of recurrence inguinal hernia who were treated by complete preperitoneal tension-free repair from March 201 0 to March 201 3.In our hospital, the relapse reasons, initial operation method, operation time, postoperative complications and treatment were retrospectively analyzed.Results All the cases were successful.In primary surgical repair,56 patients were applied with traditional surgery,8 cases with tension-free repair. The average operation time was 70 minutes.Three cases of fat liquefaction,6 cases of scrotal edema,and 3 cases of wound area pain were observed.All of them recovered after symptomatic treatment.In the follow-ups,no recurrence were found from 3 months to 3 years.Conclusions Complete preperitoneal tension-free hernia repair has strengths of small trauma,fewer complications and lower recurrence,which is the first choice for treatment of recurrent hernia surgery.
