针对现有深水养殖网箱无法满足养殖过程中对网箱各种作业功能需要,本文在具有抗风浪能力强、网衣维护方便等优点的横卧式可翻转网箱基础上,设计了一款可竖立横卧式移动网箱。通过增加可竖立功能,解决了起捕分级操作复杂的缺点;网箱具有可拖曳移动功能,解决了固定式网箱结构难以躲避海洋恶劣环境的问题。同时设计了养殖网箱的充放气控制系统,通过改变每个气囊的气量,调节网箱的浮力特性,从而实现网箱各种运动功能。水池拖曳试验显示,该设计网箱航行阻力小,网箱纵向拖曳阻力系数约是横向运动的2倍,网箱容积变形损失率<6%。模型测试表明该网箱各项功能运行稳定,达到设计目标。

In view of the fact that the current offshore cages cannot meet the requirements of various operations for cages in the farming period .An erecting shiftable decumbent fish cages are newly designed in this paper , based on decumbent and rotating anti-wave cages , which are more resistant to strong wind and wave and maintaining of the net are more convenient . By adding the erectile function in cages , the defects of complicated harvesting and grading operation are solved .Because this kind of cages can be dragged to move , the problem of fixed cages structure in trouble of harsh marine environment can be avoided .Secondly , the air control system of cages , by changing each airbag volume , and regulating the buoyancy of cages , is modified to accommodate other functions , such as feeding , fish transfer , grading , and harvesting .Results of this tow test showed that cages have low resistance , and longitudinal drag resistance is about twice of that of lateral drag movement.What's more, the volume reduction rate of cages could be less than 6%.A series of modeling tests on the structure and function of the cages were carried out .The cages'performance indexes met the design requirements , and the design strategy is proven with certain applicable values .
