目的：探讨和分析泌尿系腔镜手术的护理配合检验，总结泌尿系腔镜手术的护理配合要点，提高护理质量。方法：回顾性分析2010年4月～2013年4月在我院接受泌尿系腔镜手术的150例患者的护理配合资料。结果：150例手术均顺利完成，腔镜器械整理完好，没有出现护理相关并发症，手术护理配合满意。结论：手术前与医生进行充分沟通，熟悉手术步骤，掌握术中配合要点以及配合过程中可能出现的问题，积极主动的护理配合是手术成功的关键。
목적：탐토화분석비뇨계강경수술적호리배합검험，총결비뇨계강경수술적호리배합요점，제고호리질량。방법：회고성분석2010년4월～2013년4월재아원접수비뇨계강경수술적150례환자적호리배합자료。결과：150례수술균순리완성，강경기계정리완호，몰유출현호리상관병발증，수술호리배합만의。결론：수술전여의생진행충분구통，숙실수술보취，장악술중배합요점이급배합과정중가능출현적문제，적겁주동적호리배합시수술성공적관건。
Objective: to study and analysis of urinary tract endoscopy surgery nursing coordination with the inspection, summarize the main points of urinary tract endoscopy surgery nursing cooperation, improve the quality of nursing. Methods: a retrospective analysis in April 2010 ~ April 2013 in our hospital urinary tract endoscopy surgery nursing 150 patients with information. Results: 150 cases of surgery are completed smoothly, cavity mirror equipment intact, no care related complications, surgical nursing with satisfaction. Conclusion: communicate with your doctor before operation, familiar with the operation steps, master the intraoperative coordination points and cooperate with the possible problems in the process, active nursing cooperation is the key to successful operation.
