以环己酮、氰基乙酸乙酯与单质硫为原料通过三组分Gewald反应采用“一锅”法合成出2-氨基-4,5,6,7-四氢苯并[ b]噻吩-3-羧酸乙酯,再与水杨醛发生缩合反应制得相应的Schiff碱。目标化合物的结构经红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、质谱和元素分析表征。
以環己酮、氰基乙痠乙酯與單質硫為原料通過三組分Gewald反應採用“一鍋”法閤成齣2-氨基-4,5,6,7-四氫苯併[ b]噻吩-3-羧痠乙酯,再與水楊醛髮生縮閤反應製得相應的Schiff堿。目標化閤物的結構經紅外光譜、覈磁共振氫譜、質譜和元素分析錶徵。

The Schiff base ethyl 2-(2-hydroxybenzylideneamino)-4,5,6,7-tetrahydrobenzo [b]thio-phene-3-carboxylate was synthesized by the condensation reaction of salicylaldehyde with ethyl 2-amino-4,5,6,7-tetrahydrobenzo [ b] thiophene-3-carboxylate , which was efficiently prepared via a one-pot Gewald’s three-component reaction using cyclohexanone , ethyl 2-cyanoacetate and elemental sulfur as starting materials.The structure of the new compound was confirmed by IR , 1 H NMR, MS and elemental analysis.
