目的:总结分析强迫症人格特点、家庭环境因素,以期减少强迫症的发病。方法:选择2010年6月~2012年11月期间我院收治的50例强迫症患者为研究组,另选择50例正常人为对照组,回顾分析研究组强迫症患者的人格特征,比较两组研究对象的家庭教育方式、家庭环境以及家庭功能的差异。结果:研究组家庭教育中情感温暖与理解、家庭环境中亲密度等正面因子以及家庭整体功能得分均明显低于对照组(P<0.01),而家庭教育和家庭环境中的负面因子得分明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:强迫症患者具有明显的个性特征,表现为强迫思维和强迫行为,其发病与家庭环境密切相关。

Objective: To investigate personality characteristics and family environment analysis of patient with obsessive-compulsive disorder(OCD) and reduce incidence of OCD. Methods: 50 patients with OCD in our hospital from June 2010 to November 2012 were selected as study group, another 50 cases of normal people selected as control group. The personality characteristics of the study group of patients with OCD was reviewed and . The differences in family education , family environment and family functions of two groups were compared. Results: Home Education emotional warmth and understanding , positive family environment factors and families overal function scores of research group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01). The negative scores of family education and family environment was significantly higher than that of the control group ( P<0.01 ).Conclusion:OCD patients with significant personality characteristics , the performance of obsessions and compulsions , its incidence is closely related to the family environment.
