基于磨削颤振系统的动力学模型,推算出了极限临界磨削深度的计算公式。并应用该公式对外圆切入磨实例进行计算,得到其极限临界磨削深度。最后在高精密磨床上进行验证实验,证明计算结果与实验结果一致,说明该计算方法正确,在实际应用中能起到有效的作用。
基于磨削顫振繫統的動力學模型,推算齣瞭極限臨界磨削深度的計算公式。併應用該公式對外圓切入磨實例進行計算,得到其極限臨界磨削深度。最後在高精密磨床上進行驗證實驗,證明計算結果與實驗結果一緻,說明該計算方法正確,在實際應用中能起到有效的作用。

The limit formula of the critical grinding depth is calculated based on the dynamics model of the grinding chatter system. By applying this formula in the plunge grinding instance, the limit of the critical grinding depth is obtained. Finally, the validation experiments is carried out on the grinding machine and the results are consistent with the calculation. It testifies the validity of the calculation method and proves that the formula is quiet effective in practice.
