目的：分析不同收入农村居民的卫生服务利用和医疗费用补偿情况，衡量新农合制度对改善疾病经济负担的公平性。方法：资料来源于2008年宁夏3县的家庭问卷调查，利用收入五分位法进行分类。结果：低收入农民面临更多的卫生服务需要，新农合起到提高服务可及性、降低疾病经济负担的作用；但降低经济风险的作用有限，公平性未得到改善。结论：提高农民卫生服务利用和费用补偿的公平性，对降低农民的疾病经济风险、完善新农合制度起到重要作用。
목적：분석불동수입농촌거민적위생복무이용화의료비용보상정황，형량신농합제도대개선질병경제부담적공평성。방법：자료래원우2008년저하3현적가정문권조사，이용수입오분위법진행분류。결과：저수입농민면림경다적위생복무수요，신농합기도제고복무가급성、강저질병경제부담적작용；단강저경제풍험적작용유한，공평성미득도개선。결론：제고농민위생복무이용화비용보상적공평성，대강저농민적질병경제풍험、완선신농합제도기도중요작용。
Objective: To analyze health services utilization and the financing reimbursement situation of medical expense for rural residents with different income, estimate the equity of New Cooperative Medical System (NCMS) on improving the disease economic burden. Methods: Surveyed from 3 counties in Ningxia, the data was classified by 5 income-level groups. Results: The low-income group had more health service need and was facing the effects of improving the service accessibility and decreasing disease financial burden;however, effect of decreasing economic risk is limited and the equity has not been improved. Conclusion: Promoting the equity of health services utilization and financing reimbursement has important significance on alleviating the financial burden of diseases and implementing NCMS.
