目的：探讨局部麻醉下腹股沟疝无张力修补术的临床路径及其应用。方法观察局部麻醉下腹股沟疝无张力修补术临床路径的56例患者住院时间、住院各项费用及并发症情况。结果进入临床路径56例患者中，54例完成临床路径，2例退出，完成率为96．4％；纳入临床路径的患者住院时间明显缩短，各项费用显著降低；有14例患者出现术后近期并发症，无复发。结论局部麻醉下腹股沟疝无张力修补术临床路径操作简单，能明显缩短住院时间、降低住院医疗成本，减轻患者和社会负担，值得推广。
목적：탐토국부마취하복고구산무장력수보술적림상로경급기응용。방법관찰국부마취하복고구산무장력수보술림상로경적56례환자주원시간、주원각항비용급병발증정황。결과진입림상로경56례환자중，54례완성림상로경，2례퇴출，완성솔위96．4％；납입림상로경적환자주원시간명현축단，각항비용현저강저；유14례환자출현술후근기병발증，무복발。결론국부마취하복고구산무장력수보술림상로경조작간단，능명현축단주원시간、강저주원의료성본，감경환자화사회부담，치득추엄。
Objective To explore the clinical pathway of tension-free inguinal hernia repair under local anesthesia.Methods The clinical pathway of tension-free inguinal hernia repair was set up under local anesthesia.Time of hospitalization stay,hospitalization costs and complications were observed in 56 cases.Results There were totally 56 cases with 54 cases (96.4%)who completed the clinical pathway and 2 cases were withdrawal.Time of hospitalization stay was shortened and the costs were reduced in the cases with clinical pathway.Fourteen cases had postoperative short-term complications without recurrence after treatment.Conclusions The clinical pathway of tension-free inguinal hernia repair under local anesthesia is easy to operate,which can significantly shorten the time of hospitalization,reduce the medical costs,and reduce the patient and social burdens.
