根据卫医管发〔2010〕20号文件精神，重庆市某区成为重庆市首批县级公立医院改革试点区后，一系列改革措施便迅速的被研究、制定、实施，使该区公立医院在医改政策的驱动下无论从医院管理层面和医疗服务层面都发生了一些变化。特别是从建立区医院管理中心，推进管办分开、政事分开、打破以药养医等方面获得一些改变，但也存在一些问题，本研究旨在探讨该区某公立医院在改革中存在的问题及建议。
根據衛醫管髮〔2010〕20號文件精神，重慶市某區成為重慶市首批縣級公立醫院改革試點區後，一繫列改革措施便迅速的被研究、製定、實施，使該區公立醫院在醫改政策的驅動下無論從醫院管理層麵和醫療服務層麵都髮生瞭一些變化。特彆是從建立區醫院管理中心，推進管辦分開、政事分開、打破以藥養醫等方麵穫得一些改變，但也存在一些問題，本研究旨在探討該區某公立醫院在改革中存在的問題及建議。
근거위의관발〔2010〕20호문건정신，중경시모구성위중경시수비현급공립의원개혁시점구후，일계렬개혁조시편신속적피연구、제정、실시，사해구공립의원재의개정책적구동하무론종의원관리층면화의료복무층면도발생료일사변화。특별시종건립구의원관리중심，추진관판분개、정사분개、타파이약양의등방면획득일사개변，단야존재일사문제，본연구지재탐토해구모공립의원재개혁중존재적문제급건의。
According to the No.20 Document published by Hospital Authority of Ministry of Health in 2010, one district of Chongqing has been one of the county-level public hospitals’reform pilot sites. Series of reform measures were promptly studied, formulated and implemented, which lead some changes on the management level and service level in these public hospitals. Especial y after the establishment of county hospital management center, obvious improvement can be seen in the separation government from institutions, and the separation management from operation, and the break of hospitals’reliance on drug sales, but there are also some problems existing. This paper is aimed to explore the possible existing problems and adaptive suggestions referring to these reform measures.
