结合工程案例，介绍了微型桩在住宅楼基础加固中的应用过程，说明微型桩作为建筑物基础加固的有效方法之一。微型桩加固基础具有承载力高、沉降量小、土层适应性广、适合在室内施工等优点，为类似结构改造工程提供了计算分析方法和工程参考借鉴作用。

With specific cases , the applications of mini pile in strengthening the foundation of Residential building is introduced , and it is shown that the mini pile is one of the effective ways to strengthen the foundation .Mini pile in strengthening the foundation is with several merits:high capacity, small settlement, wide soil adaptability, suitable for indoor construction condition , and so on. Calculating and analyzing method and certain reference are provided to the similar structure reconstruction project .
